We always aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, but, if you order during the weekend, we will send it out the following working day, (subject to stock availability).
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, however, as every item is made in house, levels are subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delays.
We tend to use one of two couriers, Parcel Force or Royal Mail - the ones that we think are the best. Royal Mail is our preferred partner for orders - when the parcel weight is less than 2kg.
For orders less than 2kg in weight, we charge £6.50 for First Class, or £3.95 for Second Class.
For orders with a parcel weight above 2kg, we charge £8.62.
A signature is required upon delivery.
We will always get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not ship internationally.
Sometimes you need to see things in your own home to know if it works for you. We get that. Whilst we want you to be thrilled to bits, we also want you to know that if your are not, thats fine too. So, we have made our returns policy simple and easy.
We will honour a 14 day, no quibble refund policy on any Blonde and Stone® item provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
The only designs that we cannot accept returns on are Blonde and Stone® bespoke pieces.
Our return policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below.
You have 14 days after the day you receive the product(s) to change your mind.
To meet the cancellation deadline you must notify us by email that you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Where applicable, please keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.
If the product(s) has already been dispatched to you or you have already received them, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of your order to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products to us.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have a right to return the following/cancel your order in respect of:
Products that are made to your unique specification or that are personalised for you, such as items bearing your name or initials.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not grant a refund on any product that fails to reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
