Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the United Kingdom.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typically delivery is 2 - 5 days from notification of dispatch dependant on your delivery method choice at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. However, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
My order arrived damaged!
Unfortunately whilst we put extra care into our packaging that can happen. If that is the case please contact us directly through our contact form. We will be happy to send you another product.
How do I clean and care for my marble?
Marble is porous and quite sensitive to the acids found in wine, citrus fruits and every day cleaning products. Spilling coffee on your marble can cause staining but using an acidic cleaner can do damage all by itself.
Thoroughly rinse and pat dry the surface with clean water after hand washing. Blot up any spills immediatly. Any liquid left for a prolonged period of time Amy leave a mark.
My marble differs to that pictured?
Marble is a natural material, therefore no two pieces are ever identical. Veining pattern, gradient and colour will always slightly differ this is all part of the stone's natural beauty.
Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and set descriptions are a true presentation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with, however, please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and slight variation may occur.
