Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also make quick and easy payment with Apple, Google or Shopify Pay.
At this time we are only able to ship domestically to addresses located within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed for dispatch within 4 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2/3 working days.
Blonde and Stone are not responsible for any delays once dispatched. We can only advise customers of the timescales given by couriers.
We use one of two couriers, Royal Mail or Parcel Force - the ones that we think are the best. Royal Mail is our preferred partner for small parcels. Please note that heavier orders are subject to higher shipping fees.
Unfortunately whilst we put extra care into our packaging that can happen. If that is the case please contact us directly through our contact form. We will be happy to send you another product.

Our gemstones are delicate; be careful not to drop them or hit them against anything as they may break. Store them in their box to keep them protected.

With proper care your marble will stand the test of time and look as beautiful as the day it was purchased. There are a few simple steps to follow to ensure the natural beauty is preserved.
Marble is soft, porous, and quite sensitive to the acids found in wine, citrus fruits, and everyday cleaning products. Spilling coffee on your marble can cause staining, but using an acidic cleaner can do damage all by itself. Thoroughly rinse and pat dry the surface with clean water after hand washing. Blot up spills immediately. Any liquid left for a prolonged period of time may leave a mark.

Stone is a natural material, therefore no two pieces are ever identical. Veining pattern, gradient and colour will always slightly differ this is all part of its natural beauty.
Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and set descriptions are a true presentation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with, however, please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and slight variation may occur.
We all know that purchases feel a little bit sweeter when you get it for less.
At our discretion from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
In the event that a purchase is made and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.
As our special offers are contingent on availability we may change the terms of social offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalised special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customers in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order. Except where otherwise stated, discounts are available only once to any one person.
